Yoga Teacher
David began his yoga journey in his home of Illinois in 2011. He found very early on that yoga was a source of healing during a stressful time in his life. His yoga practice found its roots at a Golds Gym and then began to grow in earnest when he practiced Hatha Yoga at Jane’s House of Well Being. After moving to Norfolk Va. in 2014 he completed his 200 hour certification with Breathe Yoga Studio in 2015. His teaching style emphasizes body awareness and proper alignment in poses. “My most rewarding practices are those that I am doing at home while preparing to teach a class.”
