Chris Robbins
Yoga Teacher
When Chris attended her first yoga class in 1999, she knew she had just witnessed something magnificent. Although it was the physicality of asana that first attracted her to Hatha Yoga, it has been the body-mind connection that has touched her most deeply and continuously. With the breath as the bridge between the mind and the body she continues to turn inward via asana and pranayama to move towards essence. She delights in teaching non-judgment and learns from every student in every class. She will teach you to take your yoga with you.
Chris recognizes with reverence the greater order that has allowed her to call as teachers, friends and fellow yogis; Anna Pittman, Gabrielle Gerard-Jenks, Angela Phillips, Lisa Meer, and Kim Austin-Peterman. Her formal yoga training has been with Anna Pittman 200 hr 2002 , 500 hr 2007. Her innate gift is teaching the foundations of asana and pranayama practice.
