Elaine Fletcher Chapman (formerly Elaine Walters McFerron) completed her study with Richard Miller through the Integrative Restorative Institute in 2016. She has been practicing Yoga Nidra for many years and offering iRest Yoga Nidra for six years on the Eastern Shore and at Full Circle Studio in Newport News. For the last 38 years she has worked as a therapist in private practice. She is also the author of a volume of poems, Hunger for Salt published by Saint Julian Press. She founded The Writer’s Studio where she teaches poetry and nonfiction, provides editing services and organizes Poetry Readings and Crossing Over Writing Retreats on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. www.elainefletcherchapman.com
